銆€銆€Abstract
銆€銆€The small village of Yangjuan, Yanyuan County, is inhabited
by around 1,000 people. It has been extensively researched
by Stevan Harrell and his students, as well as by Li Xingxing
and Benoit Vermander among other. Where do these people
come from? When did the various families living in Yangjuan
settle in the area? What contacts and conflicts happened
in the process? This study attempts to record in details
the process that took place over the last nine generations.
