彝族毕摩文化遗产抢救保护的发展战略思考
Strageties for Salvaging and Developing the Heritage of Bimo Culture among the Yi People

　　【摘要】本文利用国内外民族文化遗产抢救保护新理论，对彝族毕摩文化遗产抢救保护的发展战略进行了思考。认为：一是要建立毕摩文化传承人命名制度；二是要建立毕摩文化信息资源库；三是要翻译出版毕摩经全集。三项工作要齐头并进即有望实现毕摩文化的有效保护并申报获得世界记忆遗产。

　　Abstract

　　This paper gives some strategic solutions to safeguarding the heritage of Bimo culture of the Yi ethnic group by applying new theory of ethnic culture preservation. The author suggests, firstly, to build up the naming system for bearers of Bimo Culture; secondly, to construct a digitaized database for Bimo Culture information; and thirdly, to establish a specific collection through translating and publishing Bimo Scriptures. The Bimo Culture could be protected effectively by carrying out above three strategies at the same time. Also it could succeed an application to UNESCO for listing in the World Memory Heritage.

　　普学旺，男，彝族，1962年生，现为云南省少数民族古籍整理出版规划办公室主任，研究员；兼任云南民族大学教授，硕士导师。从事彝文古籍翻译和民族传统文化研究20余年。出版《祭龙经》等译著多部，出版专著《中国黑白崇拜文化》、《彝族原始宗教绘画》等。

　　Pu Xuewang, comes from Yi ethnic minority, born in 1962. He is the director of the Yunnan Planning Office for Compiling and Publishing Ancient Documents of Ethnic Groups. At the same time, he is a professor at Yunnan Ethnic University and an advisor of graduate students. He has been engaged in translating the Yi ancient books and studying ethnic traditional culture for more than 20 years. His main books include Scriptures of Sacrificing to the Dragon, Black and White Worship Culture in China, and Native Religious Paintings of Yi Ethnic Minority etc.
