《毛泽东选集》成语典故译析
Translating the Sayings in The Selected Works of Mao Zedong

　　【摘要】本文回忆了在组织翻译出版《毛泽东选集》彝文版一至四卷的过程中，对所遇到的成语典故所采取的处理措施，分析了其成语典故的特点，并以《毛泽东选集》中的全部711条成语典故中具有代表性的8个为实例，研讨了将汉语中成语典故翻译为彝文的方法。

　　Abstract

　　The writer recalls how to deal with the difficulty of translating idiomatic phrases in The Selected Works of Mao Zedong. Then the paper attempts to analyze the character of these idioms in the classical works. Then he takes 8 idioms for illustration, from all 711 idiom in the anthology, which is from volume 1 to volume 4, to interpret the translation method about idiom from Chinese to Yi .

　　吉木拉立，1952年生于喜德县山区农村，初期在基层从事教育工作，同时逐步业余自学彝文。1987年开始从事汉彝翻译专业工作后，参加翻译、审订、出版了《共产党宣言》《毛泽东选集》等五十余部领袖经典著作和党和国家重要文献；参加了历次党和国家的重要会议的翻译工作。个人出版了《周恩来传》等15部专、译著；多次参加了全国民族语文翻译学术研讨会、滇川黔桂彝学联谊会和四川彝学会等学术会议，并发表了相关的学术论文十多篇。

　　About the Author:
　　Jimu Lali (Jjimu Lahni) was born in a village in Xide County. He was a village teacher at the early stage of his life, and learned Yi in leisure-time. Beginning in 1987, he entered the professional area. He participated in a project to translate more than 50 works of communist leaders’ anthology and significant literature from Chinese to Yi such as The Manifesto of the Communist Party, The Selected Works of Mao Zedong. He participated in translation work for many important Party and government congresses. In the field of personal achievements, he published 15 translation writings, such as The biography of Zhou Enlai. He have attended national academic conferences on translation, the four province (in Yunnan-Sichuan-Guizhou-Guangxi), conferences on Yi studies, and Yi academic conferences in Sichuan province many times; He has published more than 10 papers on related topics.
