对凉山彝族文化资源开发的思考
Thoughts on Developing Liangshan's Yi Cultural Resources

　　【摘要】凉山是彝族传统文化保留得最多最完整的地区，是彝族文化资源最富饶的地方，也是彝族文化开发最有潜力的地区。在西部大开发大潮中，凉山的文化产业开发，文化商业开发、文化旅游业开发等都应以彝族文化资源开发为主，形成地方特色和民族特色的文化资源开发优势。彝族文化开发要以物质文化资源开发与精神文化资源开发相结合，开发要以人为本，以传统文化为现代化，变民族文化资源为民族文化资本为目的，像保护自然生态一样保护文化生态，防止破坏彝族文化生态，使彝族文化资源开发可持续发展，宏扬民族优秀文化，营造凉山彝族文化丰富多彩的多元文化的绿色生态环境。本文试从凉山彝族文化资源开发意义、分类及部分具体文化资源开发的设想，凉山彝族文化资源开发中应该注意的问题等做些探讨。

　　Abstract

　　Liangshan is a place where traditional Yi Ethnic Minority culture is best and most completely preserved, also a place that owns the most fertile Yi Ethnic Minority cultural resources, which makes it a place that owns the biggest potentiality in the development of Yi Ethnic Minority culture. During the course of the Western Development, Liangshan’s development of cultural industry, commerce, tourism and so on should focus on the development of Yi Ethnic Minority cultural resources so as to form advantages of cultural resources development featuring local and distinctive ethnic characteristics. We should integrate the development of material cultural resources with the development of spiritual cultural resources when developing Yi Ethnic Minority culture; meanwhile, we should put people first, modernize traditional cultures, aim at transforming national cultural resources into national cultural capital, attach the same importance to both natural and cultural ecology, keep Yi Ethnic Minority cultural ecology from damaging the environment so that the development of Yi Ethnic Minority cultural resources can be carried out continuously, excellent national cultures can be carried forward, and a green ecological environment featuring plentiful and colorful pluralistic cultures of Liangshan Yi Ethnic Minority culture can be built. In the essay, we’ll try to probe into the importance and specific content in the development of Liangshan Yi Ethnic Minority cultural resources, and put forth tentative plans on partial specific cultural resources development, matters that should be considered in the development of Liangshan Yi Ethnic Minority cultural resources and so on.

　　尔古阿枝,34岁，1998年7月毕业于成都西南民族大学彝学系，获中国少数民族语言文学硕士学位，主要研究彝族文化。硕士论文为《论彝族文学中的女性文学》。发表论文有：《论彝族女性文学中的出嫁歌》（《西南民族学院学报》 1996年）；《彝族古代女文论家阿买妮及其彝语诗律论》（1997年增刊第18卷）；《论凉山彝族妇女过去的地位》（学报第4期）、《论彝族的自然神与自然崇拜》(学报1998年增刊)等，受到彝学界的好评。现在凉山州委组织部人才办工作，主要从事全州人才暨知识分子的管理和选拔工作。除此之外，还发表过很多小说和散文。

　　About the Author:
　　Ergu Azhi (Lygur Arryr) is 34 years old, graduated from Dept. of Yi Languaguage and Literature of Southwest University for Nationalities in July 1998, and obtained a Master Degree in Linguistics and Literature of Chinese Ethnic minorities. She majored in Yi Ethnic culture, and completed her M.A thesis entitled A Discussion about Woman Literature of Yi Ethnic Literature. She has published following papers in Journal of Southwest Institute for Nationalities, including “On Wedding Ceremonial Songs in Yi Woman Literature,” “Amaini: A Yi Woman Critic in Ancient Times and Her Work On Yi Poetic Metrics,” “A Discussion about the Status of Yi Woman in Liangshan in the Past,” and “Gods in Nature and the Worship of the Nature among the Yi.” Her papers won good comments in the Yi literary circle. She has been working in the Talent Office of the Organization Department of CPC Liangshan Prefectural Committee since graduated, and now primarily engages in management and selection work on the talents namely intellectuals throughout the Prefecture. Besides, she has also published a number of fictions and essays.
